Privacy Policy :

* If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you must return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Send the items back to us at the address listed on the front of this despatch note. Postage and packing fees are non-refundable.

* Refunds will be issued on quantity of products returned. Please include all unopened products in your return. Unopened containers must be deemed to be in unused and good condition to receive refund.

* If an item(s) is being returned for an exchange, the cost of returning the item to us is the responsibility of the customer. If the item(s) is faulty due to error on our part, we will give you the FREEPOST address to return the item(s) to us.

Refund/Credit:

* You must be issued a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) to return to a purchase. Please call the Customer Service Team on Freephone 0800 014 8950 (Monday to Friday 9.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M.) or email at customercare@neukltd.com for instructions and obtain RAN. We recommend all returns be sent via recorded delivery to receive refund/credit/exchange.

* Orders returned with a RAN will be processed within 10 working days of receipt at our warehouse. Every effort will be made for refunds to be given in the form of the original method of payment. Please allow up to four (4) weeks from the date of processing your return for receipt of refund and allow up to two (2) billing cycles for returned credit to appear on your credit card statement.

* If for any reason Natural Essentials does not receive your returned package, you must provide us with the proof of postage to enable us to issue a refund/exchange. Again we suggest that you ship by an insured courier/delivery service.

* In the unlikely event that your order is not received or you receive a damage or defective product, Natural Essentials will promptly send you a replacement, provided you contact us within 30 days. on following address:
