Natural Essentials (UK) Ltd is the main trading company and is a company registered in England and Wales No. 7153355. Registered office: 11 Old Court House, Old Court Place, London W8 4PD.
CONDITIONS OF USE
Please note that some Products are banned by certain territories and will not be shipped on a case by case basis.
An order placed by a customer constitutes an offer to buy a Product and, where the customer does not wish to pick up the goods, to purchase delivery services, subject to acceptance by Natural Essentials. This contract only relates to Products in stock.
Products will be at your risk from the time they are delivered to you (or made available to you if you collect your goods from Natural Essentials in person). However, we also offer a “no quibble” refund if you are not satisfied with the Product.
The price is as quoted on our Site or in printed material except in the case of obvious error. Standard Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery to the UK is currently costs £2.95. The delivery cost is not included in Natural Essentials (UK) Limited’s prices. There are faster delivery options available at a cost to the customer. Details of all Natural Essentials Limited’s delivery costs, including to other non-UK destinations are as stated on site and below in full terms and conditions.
Any liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of that Product. We also warrant that the Product will be of satisfactory quality.
Products purchased outside of the EU may be subject to import duties or levies on your importation – these are the responsibility of the customer.
Natural Essentials will not be liable where we fail to perform on a contract due to events outside our own control due to a Force Majeure Event.
The complete terms and conditions document below, and any other documents referenced represent the entire agreement between you and us.
We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time without notice.
All website content is protected by copyright. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content on www.naturalessentialsuk.com without written permission from us.
Our Products are not intended to treat, cure or prevent any disease, nor is the information supplied in our magazine/catalogue or other promotional material intended to replace the individual advice available from your own doctor.
You are responsible for maintaining and securing your account information and password.
You are prohibited from modifying or interrupting the normal functioning of the website.
We are not responsible for content contained within sites we may link to.

Natural Essentials Limited & Natural Essentials UK Limited Terms and Conditions.
This page (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the terms and conditions on which Natural Essentials (UK) Limited (“we” or “us”) supply to you any of the Products (“Products”) listed on our Website, ordered via our call centre or by mail.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any Products from us. You should understand that by ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
You should print a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.
YOUR STATUS
By placing an order with us, you warrant that:
You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and
You are at least 18 years old.
HOW THE CONTRACT IS FORMED BETWEEN YOU AND US
After placing your order for Products, if you have provided us with an email address you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted and does not form a binding contract. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy Products from us. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We will notify you where Products may not be available. Your order is accepted, and a contract is formed between Natural Essentials and you when the products are made available to you.
Your Contract with us will relate only to those Products not notified as out of stock. We will not be obliged to supply any other Products which may have been part of your order until the Products are available. We reserve the right, at our discretion, not to accept any offer at any time before it has been accepted. Should we refuse your order we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.
AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY
The route and the method by which we transport your Shipment shall be at our sole discretion. We will use third party carriers to fulfil our delivery obligations to you. Delivery times and costs are outlined below:
(For products set up on our Subscribe and Save service, delivery outside of the UK will be charged at £1.95 per product set up.)

**Most orders to the UK are received within 5-7 working days. However, we ask that you allow up to 15 working days before contacting us for issue of a replacement.
If we are unable to make a Delivery of Products because of an incorrect address, we will make all reasonable efforts to find the correct address. We will notify you of the correction and deliver or attempt to deliver the Shipment to the correct address although additional charges may apply.
Where our carrier is unable to complete the Delivery of Products for whatever reason they will try to leave a notice at the receiver’s address stating that Delivery of Products has been attempted and the whereabouts of the Shipment.
RISK AND TITLE
For UK deliveries
Products will be at your risk from the time they are delivered to you for UK deliveries. Alternatively, you may arrange to collect the Products in the warehouse in the UK by calling us on Phone numbers: +44

Title to the Products will pass to you when the goods are delivered to you (or when you collect them), provided we have received full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products by that time (if such payment has not been received at that time, title to the Products will only pass when we receive such payment).
Our terms and conditions also cover and can be invoked by anyone we use or sub-contract to collect, transport, or deliver your Shipment as well as our employees, directors and agents. Only our authorised officers may agree to a variation of these terms and conditions in writing.
For non-US and non-UK deliveries
You are deemed to be the importer of Products and must comply with all the laws and regulations of the country of import. Products will be at your risk from the time they are delivered to you. Alternatively, you may arrange to collect the Products in the warehouse in the UK by calling us on our Free Phone numbers.
Title to the Products will pass to you when the goods are delivered to you (or when you collect them), provided we have received full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products by that time (if such payment has not been received at that time, title to the Products will only pass when we receive such payment).
Our terms and conditions also cover and can be invoked by anyone we use or sub-contract to collect, transport, or deliver your Shipment as well as our employees, directors and agents. Only our authorised officers may agree to a variation of these terms and conditions in writing.
For US and Canada deliveries
You are deemed to be the importer of the Products and must therefore comply with all the laws and regulations of the United States. Products will be at your risk from the time they are allocated to you in the warehouse in the UK.
Title to the Products will pass to you when they are allocated to you in the warehouse in the UK, provided we have received full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products by that time (if such payment has not been received at that time, title to the Products will only pass when we receive such payment).
PRICE AND PAYMENT
The price of any Products will be as quoted on our website, in our catalogue and in promotional material, except in cases of obvious error. All VAT will be included in the final price where applicable.
Prices of Products are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you an order acknowledgement.
OUR REFUNDS AND NO QUIBBLE GUARANTEE POLICY
We guarantee your satisfaction with our Products and if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our Product(s), we offer a ‘no quibble’ refund or exchange policy.
You may cancel a Contract at any time provided that the Products have not passed their sell-by-date. In this case, you will receive a refund of the price paid for the Products in accordance with our refunds policy.
This provision does not affect your statutory rights.
You can also cancel your order by calling us on 0800 014 8950/60. If you are returning a product, please email or call our Customer Services Team info@naturalessentialsuk.com and they will send you a postage-paid returns label. Products returned by you for any reason will be refunded in full as part of our no-quibble guarantee.
The amount we will refund to you will be the price you paid for the Product(s). We will refund any delivery costs you have paid to Natural Essentials for delivery, if you have cancelled the order before the delivery. When you return Products to us we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 15 days after the day on which we receive the Product back from.
OUR LIABILITY
We warrant to you that any Product purchased from us is of satisfactory quality. We are under a legal duty to supply Products to consumers that are in conformity with the Contract and will be liable for any defective goods as required by law.
Our liability in connection with any Product purchased through our Site is strictly limited to the purchase price of that Product and the refund of any additional delivery charges paid to Natural Essentials.
This does not include or limit in any way our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
We accept no liability for any loss or damage caused by us or our employees or agents:
where there is no breach of a legal duty of care to you by us or by any of our employees or agents;
where such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach;
for any increase in loss or damage resulting from breach by you of any terms of this contract.
For deliveries outside the UK we assume no liability to you or to any other person for your acts of non-compliance with export control laws, sanctions, restrictive measures and embargoes.
IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES
If you contract with us for purchase and delivery of Products and those Products are delivered to a final destination outside the European Union, the Products may be subject to import duties and taxes which will be levied when the Products reach the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country into which you import the Products. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
LOCAL LAWS APPLICABLE TO THE PRODUCTS
For products delivered outside the UK, please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country into which you import the Products. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws. This relates to import duties and taxes applicable outside the UK and the legality of the product to be imported, sold or consumed in another country.
CONTRACTUAL SERVICE COMMUNICATIONS
Applicable laws require that some of the information or communications we send to you should be in writing. There will be occasion where we need to contact you in writing or via email, even if you have opted out of being contacted by us. If you have opted out of our mailings or emails, we will only contact you if the matter concerns our service, not for marketing purposes. For contractual purposes, you agree to this communication and you acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that we provide to you comply with any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
Where appropriate, Natural Essentials reserve the right to send you electronic service communications related to your purchase where you have opted out of marketing communications.

Notices

We may give notice to you at either the e-mail or postal address you provide to us when placing an order. Notice will be deemed to have been received and properly served immediately when posted on our Site, 24 hours after an e-mail is sent, or three days after the date of posting of any letter. In proving the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that such letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an e-mail, that such e-mail was sent to the specified e-mail address of the addressee.
Transfer of Rights and Obligations
The Contract is binding on you and us and on our respective successors and assigns.
You may not transfer, assign, charge or otherwise dispose of a Contract, or any of your rights or obligations arising under it, without our prior written consent.
We may transfer, assign, charge, sub-contract or otherwise dispose of a Contract, or any of our rights or obligations arising under it, at any time during the term of the Contract.
Events Outside Our Control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”).
A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following:
Strikes, lockouts or other industrial action.
Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.
Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster or circumstances beyond our control.
Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks.
The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
Our performance under any Contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the Contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
Waiver
If we fail, at any time during the term of a Contract, to insist upon strict performance of any of your obligations under the Contract or any of these terms and conditions, or if we fail to exercise any of the rights or remedies to which we are entitled under the Contract, this shall not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies and shall not relieve you from compliance with such obligations.
A waiver by us of any default shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default.
No waiver by us of any of these terms and conditions shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be a waiver and is communicated to you in writing in accordance with the paragraph above.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions and any document expressly referred to therein represent the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the subject matter of any Contract and supersede any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between us, whether oral or in writing.
You and we each acknowledge that, in entering into a Contract, neither of us has relied on any representation, undertaking or promise given by the other or implied from anything said or written in negotiations between us prior to such Contract except as expressly stated in these terms and conditions.
Neither you nor us shall have any remedy in respect of any untrue statement made by the other, whether orally or in writing, prior to the date of a Contract (unless such untrue statement was made fraudulently) and the other party’s only remedy shall be for breach of contract as provided in these terms and conditions.
The headings in these terms and conditions are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. These terms and conditions operate to the fullest extent permissible by law.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable from these terms and conditions and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Our Right to Vary These Terms and Conditions
We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time.
You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you order Products from us, unless any change to those policies or these terms and conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you), or if we notify you of the change to those policies or these terms and conditions before we sell you the Products (in which case we have the right to assume that you have accepted the change to the terms and conditions, unless you notify us to the contrary within seven working days of receipt by you of the Products).
LAW AND JURISDICTION
Contracts for the purchase of Products through our Site will be governed by English law. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such Contracts shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
MEDICAL
Our Products are not intended to treat, cure or prevent any disease, nor is the information supplied in our websites/magazine/catalogue or other promotional material intended to replace the individual advice available from your own doctor. If you have a recurring health problem that worries you, always tell your GP. If you are taking a prescription medicine, please consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking our Products. If you experience an adverse reaction, stop taking our Products and seek medical advice.

This is an optional service. You can choose not to receive our checkout assistance emails at any time by following the link at the bottom of each assistance email.
Your consent to processing data
By Law, we are required to obtain your consent to processing your data. We will assume that you have given your consent to the uses outlined above if you provide us with any data via our websites or via replies to advertisements. Where we process or transfer your data outside of what is outlined in “How we use your data” we will ask you to provide your specific consent.
How we protect your data
The data that you have provided will remain in databases that are established in a network that is firewall protected. Firewalls exist to stop the transfer of unauthorised information to or from the network. Higher level user login ID and password controls are also in place to restrict access. Only a limited number of IT personnel are authorised by the IT director to access the database. We use industry standard security technology and server certification.
As a routine we carry out validation checks to help prevent fraud. Password and screen name
When you sign up to become a Website Member, you will also be asked to choose a password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You agree not to use the account, screen name, or password of another Website Member at any time or to disclose your password to any third party. You agree to notify Natural Essentials’ Provider immediately by emailing info@naturalessentialsuk.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or access to your password. Your screen name and password are personal to you and must not be transferred or shared. Your screen name and password may only be used to access the Website and/or the Ratings and Reviews from one device at a time.
When you subscribe you will have to choose a “display name” if you wish to post and interact with our user generated content functionality. The display name is not editable once you have chosen it and it’s assigned to you as a user. You may change your email address, and password at any time in the ‘My Account’ section of the Website.
You may not select as your display name the name of another person with the intent to masquerade as that person or use a screen name that Provider in its sole discretion deems offensive.

Proprietary rights in Content on the website
Natural Essentials’ Provider does not claim any ownership rights in the text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, musical works, or any other materials that you post or email to the Website or the comments, Ratings and Reviews (collectively, “Postings”). Where Natural Essentials’ Provider can see that a Product review has been submitted by someone who has not purchased that Product, the Provider may block that review. In all cases of a review being blocked, the user will be contacted to explain the reason for the block.
Content/activity prohibited
The Unacceptable Content section of the Ratings & Reviews terms of conditions contain a partial list of the kind of Content that is illegal or prohibited to post on or through the Website or the Ratings and Reviews. Natural Essentials’ Provider reserves the right to investigate and act against any User who, in the opinion of Natural Essentials’ Provider, violates this provision. This may include, without limitation, removing the offending communication from the Website or the Ratings and Reviews, preventing access to the Website and the Services and/or terminating access, the Website Membership of such violators and/or reporting to law enforcement authorities or regulatory bodies.
